High School Internship

Lakeside Shakespeare Festival 2026

Lakeside Shakespeare offers an internship for high schoolers interested in acting, stage management, music production, directing, and technical crew. Our interns have a blast assisting with (and even acting in) our two main shows each season. Alongside their role in our shows, the interns put on a production of their own directed by a professional Lakeside Shakespeare team member that they perform before the main show. This is an exciting opportunity to experience the behind the scenes of a professional Chicago theatrical production right here in Benzie County. Please note that this is an unpaid internship and no compensation is available.
